Time and discipline are key to a company’s success. Lately, it has been observed that office timings are not being followed seriously, and instances of late attendance have increased.
Employees are allowed a maximum of 3 late attendances in a month, with a grace period of up to 15 minutes.
Any employee reporting more than 15 minutes late will be treated as Half Day Leave. After 3 late attendances in a month, any further late attendance — even within the 15-minute grace period — will be treated as Half Day Leave / Leave Without Pay.
While genuine reasons were accommodated in the past, repeated misuse of such flexibility leaves the company with no option but to enforce stricter rules. Therefore, no late coming requests will be entertained going forward.
All employees are expected to strictly follow office timings and comply with company policies.
